○ During COVID-19 no industry was hit harder than hotels. Working in a team of 3, partnered with national hotel operator, Crescent Hotel and Resorts to create ways to increase support to their hotel management and clients during the pandemic. Through interviews and secondary research, we designed a private, mobile responsive COVID-19 resource section for hotel management and staff using Webflow.
